VISIBILITY: Poor in mist and fog this morning, becoming good in haze this afternoon.  Moderate in mist and haze overnight.

SEA STATE: Slight or smooth.

SWELL: A short, very low and generally easterly swell.

Tide

The Proudman Oceanographic Laboratory (POL) operates a tidal gauge monitoring system at the North Mole. This provides continuous measurement of sea level in electronic form which is displayed in the Port office as well as being transferred to a data centre at POL. The data is quality checked at POL and 08:54then made available publicly via their website.
